Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@myspringenergy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

You have 7 days after delivery to let us know about any issues with your order. We will do our best to make it right. 
IMPORTANT: Orders older than 7 days after delivery are final and will not be corrected.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Expired Product Store Credit
Spring will issue a refund for expired products up to 3 months past the expiration date. Spring will issue Store Credit for the expired product with a maximum of $100 per 3 months and $400 per year. You must email us your order number and pictures of affected gels showing the expiration date.

To redeem your Store Credit:

1. Log in to your account
2. On your account page click "STORE CREDIT" button located at the top of the page
3. Choose "I'd like to use all my credit today" or insert the credit amount you want to use
4. Click "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout" 

The Store Credit will be deducted from the Cart Total accordingly. 

IMPORTANT: Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any discount code.
